Posting some Music here for you all dear friends… Daas Kabir’s Verse… Which I had sung few years’ back… feeling truly happy to share it with you today… :O)
'Kabir' - The Mystic Poet of India - 15th Century.
”Haman Hai Ishq Mastana!
Hamanko Hoshiyaari Kya? Rahen Azaad Ya Jag me,
Haman Duniyaase Yaari Kya?
Jo Bichhude Hain Piyaarese,
Bhatakte, Darbadar firate, Hamara Yaar Hai Hamme,
Hamanko Intazaari Kya?
Kabeera! Ishq ka Naata,
Dooee ko door kar dilse, Jo Chalna Raah Nazuk Hai,
Haman Sar Boj Bhaari Kya?”
After listening to Kabir’s Mystic Poetry, my friend ‘Observer Me’ (mineown.rediffiland.com) responded spontaneously… I am reposting His Words here with his kind permission… :O)
A subtle brown... A brown that i remember i saw when i was a child when i returned from school when i threw my bag and rushed down to ground the color of Earth the subtle brown That enveloped me when you started
Just as i slipped into the mystics of music fighting the scenes of closed eyelids there was a comfort that i realized just as if it was forever you guided me into that wondrous sublime World that you created my mind was that child’s so ready so blindly so very blindly to follow you
Holding your voice listening to you "dui ko dhoor kar dil se" and the violin with my veins in line you gave me this feeling so very true so very real a feeling of kite with its string cut reaching the skies so very high crossing the skies And i was that kid when i returned from school when i threw my bag and rushed down to ground hoping to live a life for that moment for that very moment for my self all for my own self.
P.S - It obviously feels nice when you are praised by your friends… But, along with honouring the artiste in me, I do think that Observer more importantly is paying A Poetic Tribute to those Everlasting Traditions of Mystic Music & Mystic Poetry of Our Country… hence I decided to repost it here with my Music!… Pra~! :O)
